Terms of Service

Welcome to OrbitoGames. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of orbitogames.com and the games, content, and services available on it (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

OrbitoGames provides a free, ad-supported catalog of browser games. Games may be authored by OrbitoGames, licensed from third-party developers, or embedded from third-party game providers. Availability of any particular title is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service, except as permitted by law.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access in ways that burden our infrastructure or bypass rate limits.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, scripts, or content that could harm other users or the Service.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit fraudulent content.

4. Intellectual Property

The OrbitoGames name, logo, site design, editorial copy, and original artwork are owned by OrbitoGames and protected by intellectual property laws. Individual games are the property of their respective developers or licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or third-party trademarks without prior written consent.

If you believe material on OrbitoGames infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to dmca@orbitogames.com with the information required by applicable law (identification of the work, the infringing URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement).

5. Third-Party Content

Some games, advertisements, and links on the Service are provided by third parties. OrbitoGames does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORBITOGAMES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrbitoGames, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to OrbitoGames or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of India, except where a consumer-protection law of your residence requires otherwise.
